Role responsibilities

You will sit at the intersection of ML, platform, and customer workflows — turning ambiguous agent use cases into shippable, measurable product slices.

  • Define user journeys, guardrails, and evaluation metrics for agent features.
  • Partner with ML and design on prompts, tools, and human-in-the-loop flows.
  • Align GTM and support on positioning, limits, and incident handling.
  • Prioritize roadmap using customer evidence, risk, and platform constraints.
