Role responsibilities

You will make releases boring in the best way — repeatable pipelines, progressive delivery, and clear ownership when things go wrong.

  • Define release processes, calendars, and rollback criteria across services.
  • Manage feature flag hygiene, kill switches, and experiment guardrails.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and comms for major launches.
  • Improve release metrics: lead time, change failure rate, recovery time.
