Role responsibilities

You will raise confidence in every release — flaky-test hunting, parallel pipelines, and risk-based coverage that matches how customers use the product.

  • Own test pyramids: unit guidance, contract tests, integration, and e2e suites.
  • Integrate automation into CI with clear ownership of gates and reporting.
  • Partner with dev on testability, fixtures, and environment stability.
  • Track quality metrics and drive reductions in escaped defects.
