Role responsibilities

You will connect customer and engineering signals into a clear platform roadmap — balancing adoption, reliability, and time-to-value for enterprise teams.

  • Own problem framing, success metrics, and phased delivery for platform initiatives.
  • Run discovery with design, engineering, and customers; synthesize into PRDs.
  • Align GTM and support on launches, migrations, and deprecation policies.
  • Communicate trade-offs transparently and drive decisions with data.
