Role responsibilities

You will make production legible — consistent instrumentation, dashboards, and alerting that shorten MTTR and inform product decisions.

  • Drive standards for OpenTelemetry, exemplars, and structured logging.
  • Curate SLO dashboards and on-call runbooks with service owners.
  • Optimize cardinality, sampling, and retention costs without losing signal.
  • Train teams on debugging workflows and post-incident analytics.
