Role responsibilities

You will own outcomes after sale — onboarding plans, executive business reviews, and coordination with support and product on customer priorities.

  • Build success plans with clear milestones, owners, and value tracking.
  • Monitor usage, risk signals, and renewal readiness; escalate proactively.
  • Coordinate technical resources for workshops, reviews, and enablement.
  • Identify expansion opportunities aligned to customer goals and LomE fit.
